Rebecca Hardy Announced as Screen Programme Director

Actorsworkshop is delighted to announce that Rebecca Hardy has been confirmed as the Associate Director for the Actorsworkshop's new Screen Programme of Workshops.

Rebecca is a talented and experienced film-maker and has taught screen acting as well, which makes her perfect for the role. She will be overseeing the development of the programme and asking other TV and Film professionals to work with her on the workshops.

David Wilson, Actorsworkshop's Executive Director commented "Rebecca has a great biography and wonderful experience, which no doubt workshop members will be benefiting from soon. We are delighted that she has agreed to come on board with us designing and delivering our new acting workshop programme. Jamie and I have wanted to add screen acting for a while, but were keenly aware that neither of us have worked in TV. We had a wide-range of applicants and all were very talented. Rebecca had the acting teaching and technical knowledge we were looking for, but no doubt we'll involve more people as well."

Rebecca commented "Following on from the success of the stage course it's an exciting time to work with the Actorsworkshop as the Associate Director for Screen (Film & TV) Acting. The new screen course has been designed to offer relevant and engaging content but most importantly, it provides something different to the other courses in Cardiff."

The new programme is now designed and meetings with potential workshop members have started. Get in touch with the team by emailing screen@actorsworkshop.co.uk to register your interest. The workshop has already had a great response and numbers will be limited so please register early. The first term will start shooting in October.
