JUNIOR ACTORS WORKSHOP

Each week young people aged 6-16 work with our professional tutors having fun with acting, signing and dancing. Young people meet new friends and get to perform big shows!

The first session is completely free of charge and acts as a taster session. They can come along, try it out and see if it's for them!

If you'd like to book your child onto a taster session just let us know by emailing us using the details below - we'd love to hear from you!

Where possible we try and accept new starters at any point during the year, so do get in touch if even the term has begun.

From time to time we are approached by casting directors from film, T.V. and theatre for young actors to take part. Recently we've been successful in securing parts for young people in Netflix's The Crown, The Other Room Cardiff's production of All But Gone and for the BBC's It's My Shout scheme.

BIG DRAMA WEEK

Young people aged 6-16 will devise, rehearse and then perform a show for friends and family at the end of the week in Chapter's theatre. A great way to end the summer holidays having fun and getting creative! Each day runs from 10.00am-3.00pm

YOUNG COMPANY

An exclusive course for young people who are in years 10 to years 13, in Llanover Hall Theatre on Wednesday evenings from 7.00pm-9.00pm.

In April 2027 the young company will perform a new play as part of the National Theatre Connections Festival.

Auditions now being held to be part of our 26-27 company.

YOUNG ACTORS WORKSHOP (Welsh Language Drama)

A course for young people aged between 7 and 10 and 11-14 each Wednesday from 4.30-5.30 & 5.30-7.00 at Llanover Hall Theatre. Delivered in Welsh. This fun and exciting group will introduce children to drama and performance skills and wil be delivered through the Welsh language.

Young people will learn a weath of skills, meet new friends and have a lot of fun along the way!
