Emma Stevens-JohnsonEmma Stevens-Johnson (Voice and Accents)

Emma Stevens-Johnson began teaching in Cardiff in 2004. Since then, she has worked with professional actors, teachers, singers, magicians, pre-drama school students, stroke sufferers, business people and children of all ages. She has worked with organisations such as Script Cymru, Actorsworkshop, BBC Radio Wales, Theatre Royal (Bath), Hyjinx, The Western Mail, The South Wales Echo, Barnet Dysphasia Society, Theatre Na n’Og and ASTLI casting. Emma is a part-time lecture in voice for The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, St Michael’s Theological College and The Swansea Metropolitan University. As a professional actress with nearly two decades of experience, she has performed in various types of theatre including Greek Tragedy, Shakespeare, Chekhov and Restoration Comedy. In addition to appearing in other companies' productions, she jointly ran a successful theatre company in London. She has made appearances in film and on television in programmes such as 'The Bill', 'Casualty' and 'Crimewatch'. Emma brings all this professional experience into her work as a voice coach. Emma has a Master in Voice from The Central School of Speech and Drama, London, a PGCE for Cardiff University, as well as a diploma in Dramatic Art from The Oxford School of Drama. Emma is also fully CRB checked.

Kevin McCurdyKevin McCurdy (Stage Combat, Film Combat and Acting with Weapons)

Kevin is the only Equity registered Fight Director in Wales. Since graduating from Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in 1991, he continued his combat training. After qualifying as a BADC teacher in 1993, he turned professional with Equity in 1996. Since then, he has choreographed many shows in the mediums of stage, television and film. His credits include "We The People", at the Globe Theatre; "Saturday Night, Sunday Morning" at Harrogate Theatre; "Beauty and The Beast" at The Sherman Theatre, Cardiff; "Doctor Who Xmas Special" for the BBC; the soon to be premiered feature film, "The Baker". He is resident choreographer for "Pobol Y Cwm" (S4C) and is resident Fight Master at Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

Geraint Pickard

Geraint Pickard (Radio and Presentation)

Having studied drama at Aberystwyth and then acting at Oxford, Geraint has worked in theatre, film, television, radio and voice-overs and also as a presenter and producer. Geraint's main work has been in theatre, having worked extensively for a variety of companies including Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru, Wales Theatre Company, Theatr Bara Caws, Theatr na n'Og, Spectacle Theatre, Gwent Theatre and Theatr Iolo. Geraint's voice is familiar to listeners of BBC Radio Wales and BBC Radio Cymru, where he works as an announcer and newsreader. He also writes, produces and sings for Welsh language Electro-Pop band Clinigol.

Suzi Dorey (Theatre Design and Costume Realisation)Suzi Dorey

Suzi is a costume and set deisgner mainly working within the arena of contemporary dance and devised theatre. She has worked recently with Sean Tuan John, Marc Rees, Diversions-the Dance Company of Wales, Volcano Theatre Company , and Company:Collisions. She also designs for eclectic children's dance theatre with Boombastic and FUSE, Liverpool. She lectures in Theatre Design at Swansea Metropolitan University and runs her own jewellery design company, Sparklefizz.
